Modelling Fairies in Sugar: Revised Edition

Before buying this book I read a few of the reviews, one of which said it wasn't a very good book, and something like a photoshop frenzie. Well I disagree with those reviews totally. IF you read the instructions and follow what Frances tells you to do, it is easy. Anyone who has worked with sugar and made sugar flowers will find this book very interesting, and will want to make their own versions of flower fairies. I think it is a very good reference book of modelling fairies.

Fabulous book for modelling fairies, if you can make these you will have the confidence to make any little people or animals. Having the addresses to buy special items it more than useful. Seller fine arrived in allocated time.

This is a beautiful book, i found the instructions easy to follow and i learnt as a beginner how to make models, and had fantastic results. This book is my fairy bible and i've gone on to make my own style fairies and had some wonderful comments on my cakes all due to this fabulous author. I love Frances McNaughton's books and hope there's more to come. I can't praise her enough.

I chose to give this a five star rating because I myself found it creative. I enjoy crafting and creating with sugar paste, and find the detail to these fairies precise. I would recommend this book to anyone with an imaginative mind. Good luck and happy crafting.

Bought this book for ideas in modelling in cold porcelain. I found the instructions very easy to follow, pictures truly inspiring and beautifully presented.

This a wonderful book with excellent step by step instructions how to make fairies.... Having completed the Christmas pixie, i was inspired to make many others in all sorts of colours and positions. I emailed pictures of my pixies to Frances McNaughton who took the time to respond which was great....I would highly recommend this book
