Electric bike
The kids love the bikes. It was an awesome choice for my nephew and nieces. They enjoyed riding with their friends in town. Thank you so much the kids can enjoy them especially riding with family and friends. And even better summer is not far away!!! Great buy!!! Will send video are picture tomorrow.

Has spare keys
My adult son loves it to get around. He was surprised about the speed it picks up to. May want to invest in a better cable and lock. The one given can easily be cut through or broken. Easy to assemble. Only time will tell for the rest.

Great for a city commuter or student.
I bought this just to commute around town without wasting gas and I’m in love. It exceeded my expectations. If you’re looking for high speed I’m not sure this is the one for you, but for the price you can’t beat it if you need it to get around a city, small town, or you’re just an adult that likes toys.

Great bike she feels confident on it with her brother's on their electric dirt bikes.

Better then I thought
Loveeee it, the quality and accessories are better than I originally thought they would be & it’s fast. My daughter loves it and it came with everything she needs, a basket to put her stuff in, a extra seat for her friend, a bike lock, headlight and brake lights, a phone holder with a usb charger slot. Definitely would recommend!

Handling a little wobbly
Works as it should. If the person riding is too tall they will hit their knee on the handle bars. If u sit on the sit on the tire you can easily pop a wheelie without trying. If you’re going too fast on it you can easily lose your balance and or fall

Great for camping!
Was easy to put together and easy to ride. Very smooth. I'm 6ft and 210 pounds and no problems riding it. Makes for a nice addition to our camper.

Issues
I tried to contact support and the system sends in a never ending loop. This was a gift for my son and the gears do not work. We took to a bike shop and quoted $500 to fix. Could someone contact me to discuss options?
