I bought the HB315-CT 4 camera system with the 3 Tb NVR drive. The main unit was well packaged, and each camera was individually boxed and wrapped in a foam cover. Everything was thoughtfully well protected. Also, each camera came with screws and wall anchors. There was no missing hardware, and they even provided a few extra screws in the packages. Setup was surprisingly easy, since the cameras connected to the main unit wirelessly. They just needed a power source nearby to work. I just had to scan the QR code to connect the cameras to my wireless network, connect an ethernet from the NVR to my router, and follow the on-screen directions. I used a monitor I already had, but it only would connect through the HDMI port. It was mostly plug and play, and the options were easy to set up. The quality of the cameras is good, and the picture quality is clear. The phone app works well. I had no difficulty setting it up or pairing it with the system. The hardest part was drilling holes through my block walls to access outdoor power sources for the cameras. Overall, the Hiseeu camera kit is an excellent product that does not require a monthly paid subscription.

I have had Hiseeu cameras and NVR for past 3 years but the old one has only 8 camera capacity now i needed larger HD with 16 cameras so I bought this one , it came with 4 cameras and 3TB HD, setup was very easy for the camera it came with, for my old cameras PTZ and solar camear I just have reset and make sure to setup with NVR and don’t use phone App, once that figured out from Hiseeu help desk, everything worked like a breeze, Hiseeu support is prompt and on time response and helped me setup also, overall excellent cameras better then other cameras available in the market. I have tried all, best part playback is also very quick and smooth, range is excellent and compatibility as well as night vision and huge storage capacity, all in all very easy to use

We have had this product for a few weeks now. it is extremely easy to setup with some basic blue tooth and wireless skills of pairing of electronics. the picture is of great quality and distance. the record a long way out. so trying to zoom in from a far distance gets a little hazy but is way better than our previous cameras. the software is very adaptive to set alerts during certain windows of time per zone and time frame. this had so many more features than our previous commercial system that was extremely expensive. i would highly recommend this to anyone who is unsure of which one to get.

I would not buy this product again! Worked for about 2 weeks NOW I cant view our alerts only on live view. When you try to view your alerts you get a blank black screen and this is with an IPHONE 15 pro max. We also tried the consumer help phone number and got no help to fix issue and no help from the email address! Worst product I ever bought . I would have definitely returned the item if the box had not been throwed away. I would definitely give this product a negative star if there was one!!!!

Great product They trie to get you to pay for online storage The sd card storage do not work and there adds is too much trying to pressure you in buying online storage even though there should be local storage

Very easy to set up and use. The cameras are robust and grab a good image, even in low light situation. The alarm and voice two-way audio communication are good enough for our purpose. We have 10 cameras hooked up now and it all performs just great and helps us to monitor a remote property. We had a minor issue that could have been resolved by us reading the manual (doh!) and support quickly and competently pointed us in the right direction. All in all? We're very happy with our purchase.

This my third Hiseeu Security camera set they work excellent and I Don't know about others Saying customer serves is bad I can't complain about customer service I think that they are tops it might take a day to get back to you I did talk to them once on the phone and they walk me through the problems I would definitely buy another one in the future from them

I like this system sooo much! I wouldn’t trust my property to any other system. It’s easy to use and perfect for any condition and so super easy to setup and add cameras to!

Got this Camera System due to the crime activity where im from. Camera were easy to set up and install Picture and sound is perfect quality. Can switch modes for the Cameras for day night vision motion/human detection and more. Cameras are good in Alberta's Cold Winter Weather. Worked perfect in freezing temperatures and Warm and Hot Temperatures No need for a SD card or anything. Lots of recording space with the 3TB Hard Drive. Just delete when its full and save it to your handheld device or computer. Has a 1 year warranty. All Parts and Accessories are available. Can add more cameras if needed two different kinds. Has WIFI installation and Wired Installation. A perfect combination I would recommend this to anyone and I've already been letting personal people i know and a couple business about these Camera Systems.
