If your wanting auto clear coat look at the the two part cans. These won't get you there. OK for art projects

We use this on my wife's various art projects. So far, it "plays well with others" in that it hasn't caused anything to blister. It's tough as nails for a finish. I have no idea how it would hold up in a high temp situation, but they don't bill it as that and frankly most of the high-temp finishes don't seem to hold up unless you cure them properly. This is a very solid clear coat though. Sprays nicely... I do put it in a warm water bath before I spray it which I always recommend to people using rattle cans to do any sort of finish.
