Great taste just as everyone says, it would remind you of a tums chewable but larger. I just started my journey on these 3 weeks ago. So I am waiting to see the effect it has on my PCOS! so far I can vouch for the taste and I can tell it’s impacting my hormones. Still get chin hairs though. Acne improving on my cheeks. My mood improving which is something I really wanted it to affect! My energy level has increased. Only side effect is upset stomach if you don’t eat with food. These are great especially if you don’t like taking pills or have to drink 4 pills at once. These are convenient and chewable. The cherry flavor is mild but still good. These remind me of necco or smarties candies flavor profile wise. These remind fact that it’s a chewable makes it easier to take and easy to remember if I took one or not. I highly recommend!

THEY WORK!!! I started taking these about two months ago after not having a period for 5 months. I’ve struggled with going months without a period and all my gyno said was that we’d figure it out when I wanted kids. That didn’t sit right with me. My sister who has struggled with pcos suggested I try these. I got a natural period the day I ate the last chewable in the first bottle and now I’m on my second natural period since starting on these. I’m about to order another refill. My sister also started taking these once I told her how good they are. I was nervous about the chalk but it really isn’t bad. And it’s much more convenient than trying to remember to take four pills a day. Highly recommend!!!!

I wanted an option for the same ingredients as ovasitol in a better form than a powder I’d have to mix and drink. This is great because I leave them on my nightstand and grab one each night. The flavor is pretty mild, not too chalky, very doable. The problem is that they are a lot more crumbly than say a Tums - and there isn’t enough cotton in the package to keep them from tumbling against each other and the package in transit. There is powder in the bottom of each container, a few tablets’ worth, which leads me to believe the tablets may be less than a dose each (you can see where they’ve got rough edges from breaking). It’s delivered in a bubble mailer, which doesn’t help cushion anything. Fix this please so I can keep ordering! Maybe switch to a blister pack, or use more cotton to fill the space? I don’t want to lose so much product before it even gets to me.

Got these because hubby and I have been trying to conceive for the past 6 months, and from the comments we saw, these helped someone's wife conceive. We're hoping they help us. Before these, I had used the FLO Ovarian Support and hadn't really noticed much of a difference, but with these, I NOTICE. After taking this chewable, I literally feel different within MINUTES. I'm 36 and have been getting perimenopause-like symptoms (I think) since I was 32, when I started getting menstrual migraines. From my research, these come on when estrogen and other hormones drop during the menstrual cycle. I kid you not, I've taken one of these chewables as a migraine felt like it was going to happen soon, and the symptoms would go away within minutes, like 30 mins, I can feel the symptoms going away. I love that you only need the one tablet per day, too, it makes the price for these worth it. I purchased mine on sale, like 10-15 $ cheaper, and I'm hoping they go on sale again so I can buy a few at once. Highly recommend this brand, specifically if you've been needing something to help you offset negative hormonal issues.

I bought these in August 2024 and I LOVED them. Also thought they were really helpful in regulating my cycle, they also tasted good so I looked forward to taking them in the morning. I love that it’s just one a day vs other inositol that is 3-4 pills a day. However, they pulled them off the market for awhile I saw they were back on and purchased again but I’m very disappointed because the flavor and texture has completely changed. Now they are SO chalky and gross. Don’t know if I got a bad batch or not but I’m considering not repurchasing.
