I use this supplement paired with magnesium and I finally get deep, restorative sleep and wake up feeling truly rested. I've tried everything to fix my interrupted sleep. I wake up after 4.5 hours no matter what. This hasn't kept me asleep through the night, but it's reduced the amount of time it takes me to fall back asleep SIGNIFICANTLY. I fall back asleep within 5 to 15 minutes, sometimes almost immediately. Paired with the magnesium they sell is well worth the money. It works without the magnesium, but with the magnesium I feel more rested when I wake up, like I slept two hours longer then I really did. You will feel very drowsy and your eyes will feel heavy when you wake up before falling back asleep, and that can carry over to when you actually get out of bed, but it doesn't take long to shake it off at all. Once you walk around for a few minutes and drink some water you'll feel normal.

After seeing this review, Momentous contacted me an offered a refund. What a gem of a company. ___ Momentous makes really high quality products, so that isn't the issue and I'm an active user of their amazing Creatine. However...this supplement was supposed to help me sleep more deeply and not wake up as much during the night - and if I did be able to get back to sleep more quickly. But I had a harder time falling asleep and going back to sleep once woken up so it isn't for everyone.
