Not on me it doesn’t! I wouldn’t wear it if it did. It brings out whatever your natural scent is. It smells so different when my husband has used it. But again, no baby powder smells.

Beautiful, clean, fresh fragrance. Smells similar to Rosie by Rosie Jane. Hard to describe the scent itself, really. The oil is better than the perfume as there is better longevity and slightly more projection, however this is still a close-to-skin scent. It's a great laying perfume as well for floral/fruity perfumes, which are my favorite! I love laying this with Kylie cosmic.
