Very nice chair for someone that needs a very reasonable priced electric wheelchair.Quick delivery , arrived in good condition. It comes fully assembled except for the controller on the arm of the chair, and the two non-tip bars on the back. It is folded in half, which I found very hard to open. You might need a bit of help with that. But once opened , very easy to put the joystick controller and non- tip bars are easy to attach. The seat is thin, so not the most comfortable for probably a long stint of sitting, also seat is not the widest seat I have seen. Have to take the battery out to charge it, which it will need after receiving it. Comes with a US plug, and an international plug for travel. It is made to be portable, so not the heaviest I have seen. Can be folded, but if you are elderly and not the strongest, I find it very hard to unfold it or even try to fold it up. Also light in weight compared to a regular chair, so might be hard to try and lift by yourself. Haven’t tried to put it on the carrier on the car yet, so not sure how it would work with the electric carrier that I use with the scooter yet. All in all, a good buy for someone that needs an electric chair.

This is a perfect for a non wheelchair bound person. My husband has a balance problem due to neuropathy and cannot feel safe without a walker. Also, he has arthritic hips making it difficult for him to move at the hips. He cannot walk very far before having to rest his hips and legs. This made it almost impossible for him to go anywhere with ease. Now with this self-navigation chair he is independently moving around, able to go by himself to wherever he wants to go and is not dependent on anyone else to take him, nor does he have to be left out of an outing because he can’t keep up with the crowd. I think this is much better than a scooter and so much cheaper than a scooter. We call it his “scooter chair.”

BUY THIS! My 91 year old Dad fractured his femur but still wants to be active and not look like he's in a wheelchair. He picked this out. Several safety features (I can stop it in a second when he gets too adventurous). Sporty, zero-turn, 5 speeds, good battery, easy to use. Great quality. Helps maintain independence and enjoy life!

This is perfect for going to the mall, dr appointments and such. It would be great if I could buy a couple extra batteries to swap when its down

Comes already assembled. easy to unfold and refold! not the lightest, but not too heavy! came with a small charge so i was able to test it before plugging it in. the instructions dont mention that if the wheels are in "manual" position (the red sticks on the back) it will beep 3 beeps at you. the maneuverability is not as easy as some other chairs but its not hard to get the hang of it! the tires will spin a bit if on uneven ground, i wouldnt recommend it for rough or slick ground. but perfect for even sidewalks and indoors. the seat is comfortable, im a bigger girl, and i fit comfy in it. the seat belt is very large to accommodate anyone! even at my larger size i had to shorten it all the way lol The arms do go up and out of the way, but dont seem to have anything to keep it upright, they just kind of fall backwards, thats a little frustrating. it did NOT come with a US plug, it came with a European plug. I have to get an adapter, but thats easy and cheap to do.

Excellent chair, lightweight, excellent turning radius, varying speeds, forward and reverse, and handles payment, grass and gentle in the house. Narrow 24” width makes getting around the house easy, but won’t go though bathroom door jam but partway through!! Thank you and highly recommend. Quick charging either direct to battery or through chair handle! Allows me to continue with life very easily!

Since my review got deleted I'll post under my wife's account that bought it. Company is beyond shady... I should have known this was a bust when USA citizens can't even access their website without a VPN. My little wife bought this for me so I could get around town and doctors appointments along with our travel plans to go to Ireland for vacation. Since I'm 6'2 205lbs and lost the ability to move around she thought having an electric chair would be nice. This thing is beyond heavy and I have no idea how she would even this folded up into the car by herself. So First thing first. We received item and after full charge of the battery and the left wheel would not spin when making a left turn making it almost impossible to even make a left turn. Videos were sent to company this is where a bad situation worse. Like I said my wife contacted them and they received the videos and were all on no problem we will send you a new device right away blah blah blah. When I told her I don't want a replacement I want a refund for this trash she told them she wanted a refund and that we needed someone to pick it up because I'm disabled. They sent an email back stating they don't pick it up and she would have to take this in to send it back. Again this thing is heavy and beyond awkward to get back into a box and ask a 5'1 155lb little woman to carry into the car and a store. I called Amazon and I immediately talked to a supervisor. They were able to help and I got the return completed without my wife having to take it somewhere. Plain and simple this chair is trash. Seat is uncomfortable the wheels suck but more importantly this company has limitations on how returns work making things difficult for people that are buying your product to help their life. So here is an actual real review. You care about yourself or your dignity stay away from this company and their products. This might work in Europe but it ain't gonna fly in the US. Do yourselves a favor an spend your money and time elsewhere. Since I can only upload one video at a time I'll try and show the one that shows the wheel not spinning at all.
