WASTE OF MONEY, read full review.
I saw this online and immediately thought it was a great idea, and was all excited for it to arrive. Then it came in the mail and I had an utter amount of disappointment. The ab wheel was way too small for my hands and I felt like I was going to break it by just putting half of my weight on, I'm 180 lbs. Although this product seems cool, I would not recommend. Also if you're getting this product cuz their multiple items with it, they arent really good either, the push-up product didnt really spin as much as it is designed to, so that are was also a waste of money.

Decent go-to travel exercise kit.
It's ok. Seems a bit cheaply made but it works. I gave it 5 stars for Ease of use, because, how hard can it be to use this type of equipment. 4 stars for Value because although I commented about the cheap construction, it wasn't very expensive so I don't feel I was taken advantage of. The little pad meant for your knees was pretty flimsy though. I ended up just throwing that out because I have a much better one already.

Great work out kit
Although I stopped using it’s really a great kit to use at home...I go to the gym every other day and this is good to use in between gym days to keep the muscles active

definite worthy of the money
you got plenty of stuff for the money. The only thing is the quality is not top notch. But really can't complain when all the 5 things cost only 20 dollars.

Amazing value and quality!
A five in one home gym? You can't beat this price and the quality that goes into this product. If you want to create a calisthenic home gym, this is the way to go!

Good starter set!
Good little starter workout set, comes with a nutrition sheet and 60 min workout plan on paper with images. Love the "ab roll bar"!

Bad quality
I bought this and the quality is not good. the bar doesn't fit in the handle and it's impossible to assemble. I'd like to return the item.
