My son wore these daily in his Vans and soccer cleats. He liked these because they weren't bulk and offered support in non-support shoes. Sadly the seam started ripping on one only 2 months in.

It's too tight, not elastic enough. Not using it any more. Money wasted.

don't know if it helps with high arches, does seem to help foot pain.

I have a women’s size 6, medium width foot. This didn’t provide any meaningful support for my arch for my plantar fasciitis - it fit on my foot but wasn’t snug at all. I would have expected it to be tighter to actually support my arch, but this was loose enough that if I walked around without any shoes on, it would slide toward my toes and basically work its way off my foot.

I can't believe that this really work!!!!!!!I am dealing with a paid for a year and I was wearing for baby 3 days and pain start to go awayafter 7 day almost with no pain at allamazing productso happy!!!!!!

Compression feels good.
