I've been taking this supplement for the past 3 months. They have made a HUGE difference in my skin. I know it sounds like a lot of supplements, but I suffered with premenstrul acne for 3 years after I stopped taking birth control and taking these supplements every day is a piece of cake compared to dealing with the emotional drama of facing acne in the mirror every morning. My skin was simply crying out for nutrients so it could heal itself... and it took me 3 long years to finally figure it out. But now I appreciate every morning when I look in the mirror with clear skin! It is amazing what simple vitamins and minerals can do. No Rx needed.

I take this for estrogen dominance. No nasty aftertaste. Good value as most DIM products are more expensive and don’t have the I3C. Easy to take and swallow capsule. I take one daily. One bottle lasts 2 months. I have better energy and mood in addition to better periods.

There's an article on the Eat Beautiful blog that talks about using DIM for insomnia. DIM balances hormones and prevents or corrects excess estrogen. I take one each night before going to bed, and it's totally helped me overcome chronic insomnia. I'm in perimenopause, so excess estrogen is something that I needed to overcome. But DIM doesn't just detox estrogen; it balances. I also use this supplement for my son's acne, which has had nothing short of amazing results, within one week. I like that this product doesn't have a lot of extra ingredients. DIM is also used by body builders (and those with man boobs) because it prevents testosterone from being converted into estrogen. DIM has a few co-factors that are talked about in the article: B12 and folate.

This stuff is amazing!!!!! It's a bit expensive but it's worth it!!! My breast tenderness is gone!!!! Which has been an ongoing problem for years!!!!!! My sex drive is back. My acne is clearing. After just a month of use, so many long standing symptoms related to estrogen dominance have disappeared. Excellent stable mood, sugar cravings gone, reduced inflammation, joint pain gone. Excellent gluten-free product from a reputable company. 4 month update - continues to be a great product! All benefits have continued. I am losing weight and have more stable blood sugar levels. I was having an issue with digesting these pills like many others but I found the same issue with other brands so I went back to this one but this time was different. It looked different so I smashed it and saw dark specks inside so I check the ones in the bottle and the capsules were molded on the inside. I usually check the expire dates but this one slipped by and my new bottle I received in December expired over a year ago! For someone with a deathly mold allergy.. this is a significant problem!!. At first I thought I had caught a virus or something but the symptoms aggressively changed and I knew it wasn’t that. My joints were locking up, my thumb wouldn’t even bend,skin issues, brain fog, migraines,blurred vision, severe pain throughout my body and more.. My doctor scheduled me to come in for testing because of his concern of my sudden drastic decline in health with unexplainable symptoms. Luckily I figured out that I was being poisoned and each day I’ve gotten significantly better since I stopped taking it and started taking supplements to flush it out fast. I guess it was a blessing that those pills wouldn’t completely dissolve, it could have been worse. FYI…it was shipped directly from the manufacturer. I took the time to write this which I don’t usually do, I just don’t want anyone else to get sick from it..

Is this the same product? I always received a green bottle that included PQQ, this time I got the blue one and it has Glutathione instead. It is strange that there is no expiration date on the bottle itself (it is on the label glued onto the bottle) but there is a date when it was made.
