Verde Farms, Organic 100% Grass-Fed Perfect Portion Sirloin Steaks, 2pc, 10oz

I'm actually really surprised at the negative reviews. The steaks are small (filet mignon sized) but the size is clearly provided in the description. We order this two pack about once a week haven't been disappointed (except when the boyfriend over cooked them once). Maybe it's the way we cook them (humble brag) but the steaks are juicy and filing especially if you serve with mushrooms, potatoes and a side salad. :DAt the end of the day, you're getting two steaks from organic grass fed beef that are correct portion size (size of a big dude's fist) for way under $20.*shrug* I don't get the complaints.

Not bad for the price. It didn't have huge flavor, but it was a tender and juicy steak when cooked properly . I don't know about other people's complaints about the size, but isn't 3-4 oz. a serving of meat? This should be plenty for an average adult for a meal. I'd order again.

I've ordered this several times and it's been consistently great quality. It's not a huge portion. Just the right size for the recommended amount of meat for a meal.

I’ve purchased these steaks twice now. The first time I thought I had over cooked them because they were so tough. But tonight was the second time I’ve cooked them and they were tough and flavorless again. I marinated them this time and that didn’t seem to help much. The cut of the beef is also misleading for sirloin- they have more of a petite filet cut. I will not purchase this again especially because of the price. Also, I don’t care about the grass-fed and organic propaganda this supplier touts.

The meat size was smaller than expected. Though the color and texture of the meat was really good. It was also very juicy meat. However, both steaks I ordered were tough, hard to chew and with tendons. For this price I would expect a better cut that it not that hard to chew. So I think I won't buy this steak again and would not recommend to a friend.

These were amazing! So tender and delicious. Cut like butter.

Not sure why so many reviews comment that these steaks are small. They are exactly as advertised. I found them very tender and fairly flavorful and the vacuum pack packaging allows you to keep them awhile before cooking. It is really important to buy grass-fed meat if you want to be healthy. I would buy again.

We knew the taste would be fantastic because grass-fed is where it's at, but brushing the sirloins with olive oil beforehand took it to another level. We let them sit at room temperature for a bit and then threw on the grill. Awesome!
