I was very impressed by the quality of these handles. I am doing a total renovation of a condo, with lots of things to buy for it. Trying to keep costs in check, I was looking for a well-priced handle that looked attractive. These Avalon handles certainly looked that way in the photos, but until you can actually feel such products in your hands, you have no idea what they are really like.These handles are beautifully made! Heavy, wonderful feel in your hand, impeccable craftsmanship; they look far more expensive than their $30 price tag.I needed locking (privacy) handles for three doors and needed no lock on the one that went on a closet door. I thought that was the "dummy", thus ordered it not realizing that the "privacy" handle can also be installed as a "passage" (no lock) handle. When my installer did the door-handle installation he told me that the dummy (which I gave him for the closet) wouldn't work because it had two male handles. We both thought that the box must have been incorrectly packed.I emailed Avalon's Sales department and explained my problem. I received a great explanation very quickly, telling me that the "dummy" handles are meant to be installed on French doors that don't have a latch...that I needed the "privacy/passage" handle I'd ordered for the other three doors. I felt pretty stupid about my error, but I want to stress that the rep who replied to me never made me feel like that. The person was very helpful, friendly, and supportive. He/She provided photos to ensure I understood the explanation.Every workman who's seen the installed handles comments on their beauty and quality. And every single neighbor who's stopped by the see how the renovation is going has complimented them, reaching out to touch and turn them. They've all noticed the same things I did (weight, feel of the turn and the handle in your hand).I am very, very pleased with Avalon's products and will look for them again in the future. And I thank the company for hiring such nice, helpful people to work for them.

Love the style, look and quality of these handles. Replaced every door in our home with them. Modern, sleek and very durable.

I ordered these door handles for the whole house. I received them and they are all installed than I found out we need one more. Last one came with parts missing. I contacted the suppier and I was told to put another order in and let them know the order number so they would refund me. I did exactly that and I got my money back m including shipping, in no time. Smooth transaction. I love these door handles for being so stylish and modern. It is brushed nickel and shiny chrome together. It goes with our general modern design of our house. The only thing, I have experienced negative is one day I was in a hurry and door handle scratched my arm badly. If they curved the corners a bit it will be safer. It may never happen again, but I would not recommend it if you have kids. That is why I gave it a 4 star.

Price is good, easy to install, fast delivery, quality is superb! Looks awesome! Contemporary design. I highly recommended this product, you won’t regret it! I would buy this again.

I love these handles. I installed a few of them this weekend, and they go together well, they work well, and they look amazing. The locking mechanism is nice (although I'm sure visitors will get confused), and it unlocks when the door closes, so there is no worry about locking yourself out. Even if you somehow do, just stick the round key in the hole and push to unlock it.Customer service was fantastic too. Without thinking about it, I ordered double the number of dummy handles because they come in a pair so they work on 2 doors (or one set of closet doors). I placed the order on a Sunday afternoon, and Sunday night I received a message from them asking if I really wanted 6 pairs of dummy handles. They were right and I only needed 3, and they refunded me for the 3 I didn't need. I ordered 1 handle first, and 10 the next order, and both orders showed up in a couple days even without Prime shipping. Highly recommended!

Solid hardware, good build quality. The nicest instructions I have seen in a while, complete with color photos. The only downside is the handle only open down. I have a door in my bathroom that opens out and you can lock it from the inside without reversing and flipping the handles, but then the door would only if either handle was lifted up. If you doors open in it is fine, if the doors open out, you cannot install the 'privacy pin' as the door would only lock from the outside. . . I was able to disaasemble/reassemble the latch assembly so that I can now lock from the inside on a door that opens out, but I highly reccomend that you do not. It was not fun. Again if the door could be opened by moving the handle either up or down, this would be a non-issue.

Like most of the reviews, this is fabulous product. Very sturdy and good looking. Finishing is very nice.Only one thing i did not like is the product did not come with any manual. I had to spend few mins to figure out that small screw on side which opens up the casing of handle. I hope the seller adds manual to the package.But indeed very good product and value for money
