Awesome balance bike
Best one of the bunch. We have a strider too, but needed a bigger bike with a brake for our steep driveway. I thought it would be bigger, but it's the same size wheels as the strider, but the bars are wider, taller and there are two seat posts to let it grow more. I guess 12" wheels means overall height including the tires. It also has pnumatic tires vs the strider's foam tires. Skip the strider and get this one.

High quality, easy assembly.
This is a high quality bike. The assembly was easy and all needed tools are included. My child is tall for a 3yo and this bike will grow with him for a long time, making it a good overall investment in my opinion. I decided on a bike with a brake and was happy with the choice since I know it will be used in the future given the quick learning curve for my child and the penchant for speed.

Perfect for 4 year old learning to ride.
Very pleased with the bike thus far. Relatively straightforward to assemble, although needed some minor help from online videos. Size is perfect for my 4 year old and she has improved each time she has ridden it. Takes a little effort and determination at first, but I can easily see that this is the way to go for learning to ride a bike...focus just on balance. We use it in the park all the time now.

I read every single balance bike article online I could get my hands on and I decided this Ridgeback Scoot would be the perfect fit for my 3.5 year old who weighs 34 lbs and is in the 90th percentile for height. Assembly was a breeze and my child immediately took to her new pink bike and loved it!! This is a quality bike and will last a while for her till maybe 6 years old before it gets passed down to her younger sister. Thank you!

Great teaching tool!
My 5-year-old son learned to ride a bicycle so easily because of this balance bike! The process is amazing! Only problem is, we only needed it for a couple months because it did its job so well. We are passing it on to a friend.

Solid bike. Worth every dollar.
Solid bike. Worth every dollar. I looked at cheap bikes for a while... The cheap bikes weight a ton and are not very ergonomic. So decided to pull the trigger on this one after ready bunch of positive reviews in many sites.
