Q: Is the inside of the lid plastic? Where the steam will touch and drip back in the pot?

Thanks for asking, the inside of the lid is stainless steel with one plastic ring for avoiding slipping, but the plastic is food-grade material and we do have the FDA certifications for our products, so please don't worry about this. The steam will mostly touch the stainless steel part and drip back in the German schott duran glass pot. Any further concerns, please feel free to contact Seller directly for prompt help. =]

Q: How long does the tea can keep hot?

The kettle will automatically keep warm for 60 minutes, and then auto off for your convenience and safety.

Q: What is the best way to make green tea with tea leaves? Do you boil the water first and then add tea leaves and boil again? Thanks :)

Press the button for green tea and the kettle will beep when the water heats to the appropriate temperature. Then, add the infuser with tea leaves and press the green tea button again to steep. The kettle will beep again when tea is ready.

Q: How to clean the kettle spot?

Please feel free to try to boil the water with fresh lemon, and soak about 30mins, use the lemon wipe the incrustation (spot). It's easy to wiped.
