I am a wildland fire fighter and part of our training each year is to do 15 pull ups. I purchased this band to help get back in shape after spending 4 months as a SCUBA Dive Master and it has become much more than just a pull up band. I use it in almost every workout I do. Adding progressive resistance was a real game changer and I recommend it to everyone. I also have friends that use it as well! I nearly have the whole set now and wish I had purchased the set in the first place and saved myself some money. It is also worth mentioning that one time I ordered the wrong band and Gladiator Gear resolved the issues super fast, amazing customer service and a great quality product.

The "Gladiator Gear" bands appear to be well made with the heavier bands being quite substantial. I have used them for accessory stretching & mobility work with zero issues. For the price point they seem like a viable option for the home gym and are every bit as effective as "brand" name bands where you are paying for a label.

I have decided that it is time I finally work on my pull ups. I read several guides on how to start and my favorite approach was using these bands. Gladiator Gear are offering this affordable set of four bands, which let me plan a progression. So far I am satisfied with them -- the packaging is practical, they get the job done, and their weight range is broad.

These are great when you are looking to get the last few reps out of you chin/pull ups or if you need a little help doing them in the first place. I do as many unassisted reps as I can and then I use the purple band to help me do a few more. I am 200lbs and the purple band is a just about right for where I am at, but I am going to try the black band to make he the last few reps a little more difficult. These things stretch a lot but getting your foot or knee into them can be tricky because when mounted they sit about 5 feet off the ground, so I simply stand on a bench and things are much easier.The red band has much the same attributes as the purple, but I use that mainly for shoulder and pec stretches. I like it because it has a lot more give so you are in control and can get a good stretch with it. Trying to do the same with the purple band would be difficult simply because the amount of force I would need to stretch it is well above my capabilities. All in all, fantastic and the included towels are great for the gym.

Great bands. Great Value. Worked just as expected and advertised. Nice addition to my workout equipment so I don't have to depend on finding the right ones at the gym. Great quality and great packaging.

The red bands are great for the price. I wanted the mini bands to add accommodating resistance do bench press and overhead press. Work great and I would definitely recommend them and buy them again.

Great product Great price I have used them 4 times in a week and have no complaints. They hold up just as well as more expensive bands and as an added plus the set I purchased came with a nice quality gym towel as well. I primarily use them as added resistance with barbell work and they are doing just fine

Very happy with the quality of the band. I purchased the green band and it gives a heck of a workout. In the near future I will purchasing the purple and black bands. Also the band was packaged nicely.
