I won't tell you how to live YOUR life, but if you rig your Ronin S, you must DEFINITELY get this!
I own the Ronin S and usually run it in 2 configurations: one as lightweight as possible for more run and gun work (for which I bought a different accessory from FOTOWELT that I've reviewed) and another configuration which is, let's say, a little more EXTRA. What you see in the pictures is my EXTRA setup, with additional power bank for the camera, audio recording, the M9 for extra light and most importantly my Shogun Inferno for monitoring and recording, which holds two Sony NPF-970 batteries for power. In short, this thing is really heavy. Using it one handed is a challenge unless you really love spinach. Although I've used smaller additional side handles in the past, using this Dual Handle grip has been a game changer. The fact that the grips are far enough apart not only to better distribute the weight and give more stability, but also allow me to mount the Shogun without worrying the gimbal cage will hit it is Amazing. Also, provided with the hadnles comes a little ring with 3 1/4' threads that I use to mount the monitor and I can turn it and slide it around on the handle and position it however I'd like using a small ball head.Pros:- the ergonomics shift a lot of the load to my back and I can tuck my elbows in better leading to less fatigue- better stability for shots- a plenitude of 1/4' holes on the grips for extra accessories as seen in the picture- attachable handle ring with 3 extra 1/4' holes for something like a large monitor or even more accessories- very easy and straightforward assembly, quick to put together and take off- textured rubber on handles provide good gripping ability- lightweight and durable, most parts are metal with the exception of the rubber and the plastic collar that wraps around the gimbalCons:- the only issue I've had so far, and this goes for all dual handles for single handed gimbals, is that using a dual handle makes joystick, gimbal trigger and focus wheel difficult to access and use, although I have moved one hand from one handle to the gimbal itself mid-use in order to double tap the gimbal or use the joystickConclusion:This accessory for my Ronin S has helped me in many ways, from allowing me to rig it up for more complex shots and my professional work as well as doing longer takes and shoots since I get much less fatigued using dual handles than single hand use, as well as a small bonus, showing up with this kind of rig has definitely impressed my clients far more than when I have it just looking like a single handed funny looking umbrella. Finally, some tips I've gathered so far:- don't make the 2 handles be parallel, for better stability I usually tilt one slightly forward, and one slightly backwards, which can be hopefully seen in the pics- since you can handle a little more weight now, instead of using the Ronin S botom tripod feet, I attach the bottom to a QR plate, which I lock onto a mono-pod and when the shot is not complex, I literally do it with the mono-pod attached, so I can set it down between takes or frame my shot from waist height as opposed to bending down, and if it's a complex shot, I pop it out of the QR plate and then slide it back in when I'm done.

A Must Have Accessory for the DJI Ronin S
The media could not be loaded. The benefits of a single handle gimbal like the DJI Ronin S are it’s portability and slim profile. But to really unlock the cinematic moves of this gimbal, having dual handles is a must. One of the best features of the Ronin S is that the motors are strong enough to fly heavier cinema cameras like my Canon C200. However, trying to operate this setup with one handle is not easy and too heavy to do smooth panning moves. Theres also limited mounting points which makes mounting accessories like a field monitor cumbersome.Using the Fotowelt dual handles addresses all of these concerns. My Canon C200 rig fully built is about 7 lbs and the dual handles gives me better points of contact for doing smooth pans and tilts. With my arms spread out, I'm able to distribute my body weight much more evenly than operating with one handle. In addition, I'm able to relocate and mount my Canon C200 handgrip next to the handle for easy access to my start/stop button and ISO control. The accessory mount also allows me to mount my magic arm and field monitor at an angle that is ideal for tracking my subjects. With additional mounting points on the top and bottom of the handles, you have many different ways to customize your accessories. The aluminum parts have a nice quality finish, with proper tightening knobs. The center bracket also includes a plastic liner brace to protect the finish of the Ronin's grip handle. The fit is secure and is able to handle a heavier cinema rig like mine for tilting and panning.Overall, I'm really pleased with this purchase. The Fotowelt dual handles unlocks the potential of the DJI Ronin S and gives your rig a more polished, professional look.

Durable, Affordable, And Easy To Use! The Best Ronin S Dual Handles!
I recently picked up the Ronin S so I could have a gimbal that was smaller and easier to travel with. The best thing about the Ronin M was the overall stability and durability, the Ronin S is everything packed in a much smaller package especially when you add this affordable dual grip setup. These dual handle grips not only help it to mimic the overall stability of the Ronin M, but actually make it better in all ways. The build quality is one of the biggest things that immediately stands out, the grips are smooth yet rugged enough to not slip. Everything is fully adjustable, so you can create a custom setup that fits your needs and is also still lightweight and portable which is where the S shines. This setup allows for you to easily add on an external monitor as well external recorders. You can add plenty more devices, whatever the job requires.Overall, I would highly recommend these dual grips for anyone looking for extra stability for their Ronin S. It's true what they say and you get what you pay for but with these - you get even more! I attached a few pictures above to give you a real world look at the dual grips. They seem to be slightly smaller than the DJI grips found on the Ronin M but just as good if not better. This was my first time purchasing from FOTOWELT and now I'm interesting in the other accessories they offer.- P

Dual Handles
These dual handles feel like they're made with high quality material and they lock into place very well. However, if used on a Moza Air 2, it will dent the top of the battery cover padding. Personally, it isn't super noticeable so I am indifferent towards that effect, but it should be mentioned.
