Crazy not to own one. defrosts things , cleans without chemicals excellent on grout.

I love it. I'm finding things i need to steam clean with it. Wish the tank was bigger but it works great.

Only holds 8 ounces of water. Does not have cloth pad at all for cleaning upholstery. Does work well, directions on use are clear.

Haven't used it yet but sure looks good and it was what I was expecting!

So far I am not too impressed with this steam cleaner. It works ok at best. The brush attachment is junk and became mashed up and pointless after the first use. I would say this is a very good cleaner for light use (did a good job on my windowsills), but no benefit to me for deeper cleaning of grout (a toothbrush works better and faster) or my tub/shower. I hope to find some good uses for this cleaner, but not working out for the harder jobs that I wanted it for.

I purchased this in order to help really get in the groove, nooks and crannies when cleaning. I used in my kitchen to help clean up leftover residue from my oven cleaner, cabinets, sink and wall area. Boy this thing has power. Easy to use. Just put on the attachment you need, Fill with water (be careful to not overfill, use the markers on the cup provided) and once the light is on you are good to go. Note: Once ALL the steam is released you can open the top and refill again. I'd recommend. Easy to use, powerful, compact and had alternate attachments included for other jobs like cleaning tile, windows, steaming clothes,etc.

Used it for a couple minutes in the bathroom it was fine, moved to another area and refilled it correctly but when I went to use the long extension again, same one I had already used, it was leaking hot steam and water from multiple spots the handle was too hot to even touch. I unplugged it and can't figure out a way to even contact the seller.

I've used this Comforday Handheld Pressurized Steam Cleaner for about a month now. Absolutely LOVE it! It cleaned the grout very easily and has made cleaning the bathroom much more thorough. The various attachments help with specific types of cleaning. I especially like how it gets the handles/faucets so shiny. We have had some struggle with a pinkish/orange colored mold appearing in the crevices around the tub. Once I started cleaning with the steam cleaner, I haven't seen it again. With chemicals, I was having to address around every 7-10 days. This little machine heats up quickly, has a long cord (although I would mind a longer one), and is not too heavy for the kids to handle either. I would purchase again, although I'm seriously considering an industrial size machine next!
