Could someone please tell me how to open the pump?!

The dispenser seem to be defective. I had three bottles and none of them were able to dispense the product. Amazon replaced the first bottle when that bottle had the same problem that it couldn't be opened I contacted the company. They sent a replacement and the replacement didn't work. I contacted the company again and told them to look into why there product isn't able to open and dispense the medicine..If you decide to use the med without the dispenser be careful not to use too much. My daughter got a burn on her face from doing so. I got a refund and I suggest you do the same.

Can this be left on overnight, after drying?

Definitely don’t do that, irritates skin too much if left that long and plus it’s not even worth it, it’s better to just leave it on for like 5 minutes then wash it off also massage it into the skin don’t just put it on

Can you use a shower poof with this product or do you apply directly to skin? I would use it for a body wash.

I usually let the water open the pours and then rub it in no loofa or anything because a lot of will soak into the little loofa or scrubber I think
