I used cooking spray the first couple of times I used it for omelet's, but haven't since. It's very well made, cooks well, lets food slide out, and cleans very easily. The shape and sloped sides make it easy to use and it heats well and very evenly.

No stick and no scratches after a few months of use. Clean up is easy, have put in the dishwasher even though I think you're not supposed to. Just have to watch out and not burn the wooden handle.

Love it except had to tighten handle a couple of times. So far so good...

The surface is not smooth, the coating falls off when you rub it, it turned my skin gray just from rubbing it with my fingers. This should be removed from the store or labeled for display only.

Love the easy cleanup and even cooking. Love how it looks as well. I've used it for a few months now and it performs as well as the first time I used it.

Supposed to be hand washed but dishwasher hasn't caused any issues.

I just got this pan and it's great to use it. I have induction stove and it performs well and heat up very quickly which mean the material of the pan is good. I bought the pan because of the ceramic coating and also the price. I am very satisfied. I expect food may be easy to get stuck after a year but I can just toss it away and buy a new one.

I admit, the handle got to close to the burner on our gas stove as the pan wasn't centered, but I couldn't believe it basically caught fire. This isn't a deal breaker, but something you should be aware of.
