I’ve used a lot of picture hanging solutions over the years, and these 3M Hooked Picture Hangers are easily one of the most reliable. They hold well, install cleanly, and don’t turn a simple job into a repair project. They go up easily, sit flush, and most importantly, they actually hold the weight they claim. I’ve used them for framed photos and artwork, and once they’re on, they stay put. No slipping, no surprises. They’re a great option if you want something strong without putting holes all over your walls. Clean, practical, and well designed. I’ll definitely keep using these.

Brilliant product

These things are the best, most mindlessly straightforward hangers I've come across. Truly easy to get your things put on the wall with security and confidence. There's a little bit of a learning curve necessary if you want your picture in a precise location, but it's effective and another excellent 3M product. If your walls are hard plastered, you might want to use a small mallet to seat these, but thumb pressure is effective on typical drywall. After we had our first floor repainted, and all the random holes, nail holes, screw holes, etc., patched, we rehung everything with these. Had to relocate just one of them, and it was not only easy to remove, the two holes left behind were miniscule. These things are a little pricey compared to "traditional" types, but these win easily. And the knockoffs are designed differently - their prongs are bent down from the top, while the original 3M versions are bent in from the sides, much more structurally robust. This is a significant detail. Stay with the originals!
