3/14 Update. I was able to contact the seller. Once notified of the failure, they immediately sent a new unit to me. It arrived today and I'm very happy. The unit is working extremely well. Based on their response, I've updated my review and would recommend this product. I use it for my appliance and it makes it makes daily cleaning and sanitization very easy. I do not recommend this product. I purchased in March 2023. The product worked well for 6 months. This past fall, intermittently the unit would not start when pressing the button. In Feb, the unit died completely. The description claims a “worry-free 12 month” warranty. But there is no customer service phone number or other information provided to back up this claim. My advice, save your money, don’t make the same mistake I did. Do some research and buy a better, higher quality ultrasonic cleaner.

**UPDATE** The company responded & offered me a full refund of their product, which I greatly appreciate! Despite the fact it broke, I can appreciate a company that stands by their product, hence I'll change my rating to reflect. I've used this maybe 6 times & have had it for a little over a month & the supersonic portion of the machine completely stopped working. It's now just an expensive water cup with a UV light. Pointless, & of course I've thrown the box away or I would've returned it. Very disappointed

The amount of misinformation in these reviews is just astonishing, so I'm going to take one for the team and give a real deal review, and why I would not recommend this product, so YOU know, what you're buying. To summarize, UV-C is VERY DANGEROUS, it will kill most things, it can also penetrate through your skin, it will cause burns (under your skin), re-arrange your cells and DNA, etc... but the good thing is that the Earth's atmosphere blocks out pretty much all of the UVC rays coming from the sun. Not surprisingly, it kills everything because most things on earth are never exposed to it, hence why the 99.99% disinfection. Us humans love to create things that kills stuff. Luckily, you can buy UVC detectors (on Amazon too) where you can see whether or not your device actually has UVC. Here in the pictures you can see one of my true UVC lamps (very harmful) where it actually activates my UVC card *hint: it's the neon glowing logo right above "UVC" on the card". However, THIS device does not product UVC, it should be the wavelengths of UVA and UVB, which is why you can see the left side of the card "charging". If I leave it for longer, it'll change purple. But regardless, UV-A and UV-B, though has some microbial properties, is not going to kind of microbial effectiveness as UV-C, so as long as you understand that by buying this, you'll only be killing "some" bacteria, rather than 99%, I guess this product is good for you. However, I do not understand how this product is rated as highly as it is amongst all of the UV ultrasonic cleaners, when you literally buy many disinfecting products with UV-C, so, there really is no excuse on why this product doesn't have the good stuff. I prefer my items 99.99% disinfected, not ~50% disinfected.

I bought the Voraiya Ultrasonic UV Cleaner for my dental retainer, and it works great! It cleans my retainer in just a few minutes — no more scrubbing by hand. I also use it for my night guard and toothbrush heads. Everything comes out looking and smelling fresh. My mother-in-law uses it for her dentures, and she loves how clean they feel. We even tried cleaning a small necklace, and it looked shiny like new! The UV light is a nice bonus, and the machine is quiet and easy to use. Great for anyone who wears dental appliances.

Quiet and sleek, gets the job done. My cleaner finally kicked the bucket after 3 years with daily usage. Honestly I am surprised this brand and model is still being sold (I guess that’s a good thing). The price has gone down by about 30% but I plan to try a different brand around the same price range.

I absolutely loved this mouthguard cleaner. When I ordered it, I'd just found out I had thrush and that apparently just brushing your mouthguard isn't actually cleansing the bacteria enough, and this was such an easy and convenient solution. Small footprint in the bathroom, all around great. However, after 1.5 years, it's completely dead. The light just flickers on the power button now when plugged in, and pressing it doesn't start the UV cycle - nothing happens. Really disappointed.

Update: this item has finally broke after two years. I've replaced the power cable once with an after market cable and adapter. I am not attempting to replace the cable again as I don't think it's the cable. I only used this once a day every day so kinda poor Q/A that it only lasts 730 days x 5 minutes. OG Review: Great alternative to using toothpaste as toothpaste is abrasive and can leave cracks and cuts in your retainers causing bacteria buildup. I use this thing once a day at night to clean my nightguard and retainer. Update: after 9 months unit is still going strong except the cable failed. I bought a new cable from amazon that fits this machine and it works like new. You cannot run this machine more than 15 minutes, so if you have several dental products i would try to put 2 or more in at a time. I put both of my stuff in at once and its great for killing off bacteria. If you want to take full advantage of the vibration then put one mouth piece in at a time. It would not be great for massive plaque buildup because the vibrations are not strong. It’s a cheapy product that does the job right and reliably. One thing to note is to avoid radiation, wait to open the lid for like 1-2 minutes after it is done running. Otherwise great product.

The device works very well, I use it for my Invisalign retainers. But: - it was very poorly packed (a wonder id did nit fell out all together) - it comes with a US power cord!!! No european plug!!! So I had to buy an additional plug adapter 🙁

I was really impressed with this product. Really cleanse dentures well in just a few minutes. I had problems with infections with my dentures . I have had no mouth infections.

This little miracle machine took my old, grungy retainer and turned it back to almost new! After the first time running it, I saw a big difference! It took a little while of me running it at least twice a day, but like I said, it is back to beautiful! I would definitely recommend this product to anyone!
