It's more or less what you expect from a semi-novelty tie. I purchased it for my boss and if it felt so incredibly thin and cheap, I wouldn't have gifted it to him. It's just a tiny bit below the quality of something you'd fine at Macy's, so it's fine. It's a little wider at the bottom than my personal style (I prefer thing to medium ties, as I am thin).
