Why is this called Happy Belly? Does it help your belly?

It helps my belly by low price. I have brought several Happy Belly products. They good quality and lower in price compared to brand name.

To my knowledge it is not. Low acid coffee is typically specified on the label as "low acid" since it has to be a specific process for that to raise the Ph levels. Typical coffee is 5.0 Ph, low acid coffees are usually around 6.2 Ph and water is 7.0 to give you a comparison. Look for coffee with "low acid coffee" in your search term and many should come up.

This is my first time buying this. I purchased the 2lb bag of ground Columbian. My bag specifically states 100 percent Columbian coffee. This brews a very pleasently rich and smooth cup of coffee when using 2.5 oz. To make a12 cup pot. It is far better than what I usually buy and over 4 months should save me about $40. ... unless I start drinking more of it. A clear win on both sides of the equation.

How does this compare to folger's simply smooth? i can't drink anything else. too harsh
