Absolutely love this dresser. It is solidly built with a lovely design. Exactly what I wanted and no assembly except to screw in the legs. However, after unwrapping it I discovered this hole at the bottom of the dresser. It was such an ordeal to unwrap it and get it inside the house that it was not worth it to me to return the dresser since the hole was not in the bottom drawer. Just wish there was no hole.

This is a beautiful chest! It was purchased for my daughter's nursery as we have the rest of the Evolur set (crib and dresser.) The only issues we had were that the first one we received was a little bit damaged. It had some black stains and dents in some parts. We had no issues requesting a replacement and received it within a week or two. The replacement was much better! The second issue we had actually has to do with the original chest, as per the instructions we attempted to give the chest to the delivery company but they stated they couldn't pick it up because they "did not have any paperwork." We had to reach out to Amazon about this. They had us contact a separate department via e-mail to request a pick-up of the original product. It's been almost 2 weeks and we still don't have a pick-up date scheduled and per Amazon we have a month to return the original item. I'm overall satisfied with the product but wish the return process was smoother.

Well I waited for this to be back in stock and finally was able to order. To my dismay, the back of the dresser has some imperfections. I'd expect for the price that the back is nice and smooth just as the front. Not super happy about the quality. Do better Evolur and Amazon.

I love the actual chest, but the paint job is terrible. There are tons of defects and gauges on it. I’m terribly sad about that. I ordered the dresser too but haven’t unboxed it yet. I’m hoping that it is in better shape, but I’ve read a lot of bad reviews on quality. It’s a shame.

I ordered this dresser for my granddaughters bedroom. She is 8 soon to be 9 years old. It came today.My husband and I opened it this evening..... ITS BEAUTIFUL. If you think you like it, Im confident you will.The color is very pretty, I will try to add a photo. Im tech challenged. Nope Im not able to add a photo.It is a real wood very heavy piece and it comes fully assembled. I had it delivered into the house, which wasan option at check out

The design and color of this dresser are beautiful. It is very heavy, and I found the packaging for this item to be inadequate for the weight of the piece. Photos 2 through 7 show imperfections existing when we unpacked the dresser; slight cracks and chips in paint. We decided not to make an issue of it with the manufacturer or Amazon because returning the dresser would be so difficult and the imperfections were in the back of the unit.However, three months after owning the dresser I was cleaning the room and wiped dust off the dresser. With a BABY WIPE. Photos one and two show where patches of paint came off the TOP of the dresser. This was not caused from vigorous scrubbing, this was gentle wiping with a BABY WIPE. I immediately contacted the manufacturer who engaged me in several rounds of emails with photos, serial numbers, etc. A very sweet customer service rep was awkwardly given the responsibility of taking my requests to her superiors and then returning to tell me they would not remedy the problem. They told me they would send me touch up paint. So I asked them if they were suggesting I continue to clean with baby wipes, thus removing more chips of paint in the process, and retouch the paint chips with their supplied touch up paint. Yes, that is exactly what they suggested. Mind you, this is BABY FURNITURE. You would think preventing paint from leaving the furniture and entering the baby's mouth would be quality control test #1. I could get nowhere with this company and finally told them I would just resort to educating Amazon shoppers on the dangers of buying their product.

Love the piece. Delivery was easy and not damaged. However, based on amazon website, my item was supposed to be opened and the packaging taken away. And i had to do this myself so a little disappointed on that!
