Q: does this work with riptide z690m?

It should. The motherboard has the correct slot to fit the card into - see page 30 of the motherboard's user manual. The only unknown is whether the provided antennas are compatible with the holes in the motherboard's rear IO panel.

Q: where can i find replacement antennas?

I usually find my brother ones at Best Buy

Q: Will this work on a Dell Optiplex 7060 SFF, both wi-fi and BT?

It has the right connector so if I had to guess I would say yes.
