効果あると思います
最初は味が慣れず苦労しました。夫の長年の色素沈着の染み付いた歯が白くなってびっくりしてます。値段は少し高いけど、ホワイトニング効果あるのと、使う量も少しでいいのでコスパはいいと思います。無くなったらまた購入すると思います。

フッ素が入っていないものを探して、こちらを購入しましたが、成分的にですが湿布のニオイがします。それが気にならないようであれば、泡立ちも程よくあって良いと思います。他のレビューのような、歯が白くなる感じは、まだ使い始めたばかりなので、実感がないです。
