I've been using rice soaps and other solid soaps for my hair lately, so I was eager to try out this organic 'polygonum' shampoo bar. It's an alternative to traditional liquid shampoos, especially for those who prefer natural products. The bar produces a rich, lathering foam that effectively cleanses the hair and scalp. It's gentle enough for daily use and leaves hair feeling soft, shiny and manageable. It helps me to control oiliness and reduce itchiness. I think it may be a bit drying for those with naturally dry hair. Btw. Transitioning to a solid shampoo bar may take some time, as it can be a different experience than using liquid shampoo, please keep this in mind. I'm fully satisfied with this shampoo bar as it's gentle, and effective so I would recommend, but bear in mind it may not be suitable for everyone, especially those with very dry hair.

This lathers really well, even in hard water areas. The rosemary scent is subtle, but noticeable. After use, my hair felt very clean, voluminous, and sleek... a hard act to do. This should last a while.

Solid shampoos are all the rage for environmental reasons so was happy to try this one out. On arrival, it smelled quite strongly; I didn't find it too unpleasant but my wife hated it. However once opened and in use, the aroma is actually quite mild, and leaves the hair smelling very slightly of coconut. It lathers up surprisingly well, especially once in the hair. I don't use a conditioner but I suspect if your hair is longer you would need to with this. All good so far... but the ingredients list reads like a mad scientist's shopping list. Yes, bamboo charcoal IS in there, but you have to look very hard - and a long way down - to find it. I compared the ingredients with my usual shampoo (a budget but well-known brand, available in your high street) and the list was far longer and more "artificial" than my usual (in which the headline "flavour" was about 4th or 5th in the list). It's a bit of a worry what all this stuff does, both to my hair and skin, and also down the drainhole afterward. Being a Chinese import there's no certifications or safety markings on the package. If you want a handy, solid shampoo bar (it's ideal for travelling, with no risk of spillage, very small, and no liquids if you're flying) then it's probably great. On the eco front it ticks one box by not coming in a plastic bottle - but it has been shipped half way around the world and heaven knows what it contains! [UPDATE... Just tried a variant of this product, the polygonum one. Very similar, with a slightly milder scent, and a darker brownish colour. Just as easy to lather, leaves hair feeling very clean and unscented. Note that polygonum multiflora is commonly known as Chinese Knotweed; less of a problem than its Japanese cousin, but hopefully this will be the closest you ever get to this invasive and damaging plant!]

This is a solid shampoo bar with rosemary oil. I've used a lot of shampoo bars and this works just as well as the majority of them. it leaves my hair nice and soft instead of feeling stripped which is great. The smell is faint but it does smell of rosemary. I like using rosemary for my hair (usually I use oil) so being able to incorporate it into my shampoo is a bonus. I find this doesn't irritate my scalp or cause flaking or itchng in between washes which is very good. Overall I like the shampoo bar and will keep using it.

My new favourite hair product. The smell is amazing. I have naturally frizzy hair that has a straw texture. This after a wash and blow dry finally tames the frizz and leaves my hair soft and hydrated. You only need a little

I like this shampoo bar, I can't attest the hair health or oil control properties but it is nice to use and seems to work well. The thing that I like the most about this shampoo bar is that is keeps it's form all the way through. The few shampoo bars that I've previously used were quite soft and would deform after a few uses, this one though kept it's shape until is was done.

This hair oil pleasantly surprised me. It works so much better than the liquid oils I am used to and is not overly greasy. It absorbs really well into my hair and leaves it feeling hydrated and moisturised. It gives my hair a nice shine and bounce and the mint scent is lovely.

Ich habe die Vawolecy Ingwer Haarwuchs Shampoo Bar nun mehrere Wochen getestet und bin positiv überrascht. Die Shampoo-Bar reinigt Haare und Kopfhaut sehr gründlich, ohne sie auszutrocknen. Besonders bei fettigem Ansatz und empfindlicher Kopfhaut fühlt sich das Haar nach der Wäsche frisch und leicht an. Der Ingwerduft ist angenehm natürlich und nicht zu aufdringlich. Die Bar schäumt gut, lässt sich leicht ausspülen und ist sehr ergiebig. Da sie kein Silikonöl enthält, fühlt sich das Haar nicht beschwert an und wirkt nach dem Trocknen griffiger und kräftiger. Ein weiterer Pluspunkt ist die umweltfreundliche Form als feste Seife – ideal für Reisen und zur Reduzierung von Plastikmüll. Insgesamt ein überzeugendes Produkt für alle, die Wert auf natürliche Inhaltsstoffe, Tiefenreinigung und eine gesunde Kopfhaut legen. Klare Empfehlung!

Ich habe bereits einige feste Shampoos ausprobiert, aber dieses hier konnte mich leider nicht überzeugen. Schon beim Auspacken fiel mir auf, dass die Etiketten fast alle wichtigen Informationen verdecken – Inhaltsstoffe oder Anwendungshinweise sind kaum lesbar. Auch beim Blick auf die Rezeptur habe ich nichts entdeckt, was besonders oder pflegend gewirkt hätte. Das Shampoo schäumt zwar, aber eher mäßig. Wer einen cremigen, reichhaltigen Schaum erwartet, wird hier enttäuscht. Der Duft ist sehr zurückhaltend – was grundsätzlich kein Nachteil ist, aber für ein Produkt mit angeblichem Rosmarinbezug hätte ich zumindest eine frische, kräuterige Note erwartet. Stattdessen bleibt es ziemlich neutral und unspektakulär. Auch nach dem Waschen war das Ergebnis eher durchschnittlich. Die Haare fühlten sich weder besonders gepflegt noch gereinigt an. Insgesamt passt für mich das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis nicht – dafür gibt es deutlich bessere Alternativen, die günstiger sind und mehr leisten. Schade, die Idee ist gut, aber die Umsetzung lässt zu wünschen übrig.

Das Rosmarin-Minze-Haaröl hat eine cremige Konsistenz und duftet bei der Entnahme aus dem Tiegel vordergründig eher nach Minze als nach Rosmarin. Der Duft ist dabei angenehm frisch und keinesfalls aufdringlich. Das Produkt lässt sich sowohl als Haarmaske verwenden als auch als Leave-in Stylingprodukt. Es hilft die Kämmbarkeit der Haare zu verbessern und unterstützt mich persönlich dabei meine lockig-gewellten langen Haare in Form zu bringen und Frizz zu vermeiden. Zudem verleiht es dem Haar einen natürlichen und gesunden Glanz. Positiv überrascht hat mich, dass ich auch am nächsten Tag keine von Pflegerückständen fettig glänzenden Haare hatte, wie es bei anderen Produkten durchaus häufiger der Fall ist. Da das Produkt beim Styling sparsam verwendet werden sollte, reicht das Produkt auch sehr lange. Für den Preis von ca. 10 € (Juli 2025) würde ich das Produkt durchaus in meine Pflege- und Stylingroutine aufnehmen.

Die Rosmarin Shampoo Seife wird als ein 60g Stück in einer Blechdose mit Schrabdeckel geliefert. Die Seife ist weiß und obwohl als Rosmarin Seife ausgeschrieben, konnte ich keinen derartigen Duft wahrnehmen. Das kleine,runde Stück liegt gut und sicher in der Hand. Die Schaumbildung ist verhalten, mit der Reinigungsleistung bin ich aber zufrieden. Allerdings, das muß ich erwähnen, stellt mein Haar, da ich es beinahe täglich wasche, keine große Herausforderung bezüglich der Reinigungsleistung dar. Ich verwende eher selten Stylingprodukte und daher gibt es für ein Shampoo nicht soo viel zu tun. Die Seife ist laut Produktbeschreibung für alle Haartypen und auch gefärbtes oder blondiertes Haar geeignet. Es ist frei von Silconen und enthält feuchtigkeitsspendende Inhaltsstoffe. Dennoch kommt mein eher trockenes Haar nicht ohne eine anschließende Pflegespülung aus. Auf Reisen halte ich ein festes Shampoo für sehr sinnvoll weil es das Reisegepäck klein hält und im Kulturbeutel wenig Platz einnimmt. Zu Hause allerdings werde ich weiterhin beim herkömmlichen Shampoo bleiben weil das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis da für mich besser paßt.

Ich verwende schon lange feste Shampoos und hab dabei auch einige gleich nach der ersten Benutzung entsorgt. Diese Rice Shampoo Bar gehört jetzt schon, nach einer Woche täglicher Benutzung, zu meinen absoluten Favoriten. Äußerst ergiebig, sehr zarter und angenehmer Duft. Feiner Schaum, das Haar fühlt sich toll an. Ich hab feine, zum Fliegen neigende kurze Haare, wasche täglich und brauche keine weiteren Styling-Produkte mehr. Waschen, fönen, Haarspray, fertig. Kein Jucken, Fliegen, Haare sind griffig und fühlen sich toll an.
