A 'must-have' for Vue owners
What a relief to find a device that can effectively convert inexpensive K-cups for the Keurig Vue coffeemaker! Having purchased the Vue for my mother as a gift a couple years ago, I've been debating with myself as to whether I should by a K-cup brewer and retire the Vue or keep buying the expensive and hard-to-find Vue cups. I'd purchased a 'fill it yourself with grounds' cup, and she would use it, but that kind of defeated the point of having it in the first place. I was thrilled to see this Secure Air K-Onverter Cup and the multiple positive reviews made me take a chance on trying it out. What I like about it...+ Easy to use; slip in K-Cup and use the K-Onverter Cup as you would a Vue cup.+ Well made and works as expected.+ Allows users to use K-cups which are readily available and inexpensive by comparison to Vue cups. What may be an issue for some users...- The K-Onverter Cup has a relatively high cost at twenty dollars.- This adds another step to the brewing process.- Vue users may want to use Vue cups for larger sized brews to maintain the strength of their beverage.Overall, I'm very pleased with this purchase and would recommend it to anyone who purchased a Keurig Vue and has struggled to find pods for it ever since. This allows you to buy inexpensive warehouse boxes of K-cups and enjoy both the beverages and the savings!

Alas, just as I had given up on Keurig Vue!
Finally, there is a solution for those "Red Headed Step Children" that Keurig created when they introduced the Vue Brewer without informing us that the flavors/varieties would be quite limited & not nearly as "available" as the K Cups. After paying sometimes twice as much as K Cups and having to order from Keurig or Bed Bath & Beyond, I found a converter to use my own coffee. I did that for a while & decided that's no fun. I could use another brewer, besides I didn't pay over $300 for the Keurig Vue to have to NOT have the convenience of precluded pods. So,I retired my Keurig & plunked down an even larger wad of cash for a built in coffee maker. I considered selling my Vue on the "Bay", wink wink, but was deterred when my like new machine wasn't selling nearly what I'd paid for it. I'm sure that us due to the fact that the Vue Pods cost so much & are hard to find & come in barely a fraction of the brands & flavors of the K Cups. Finally, after adding a coffee bar to my home, I decided I'd put this Vue to use there due to the convenience of pods for visitors & occasional coffee drinkers like my husband & son. I began pricing Vue pods & ran across the Solofill K-Converter. It was perfect! I could get some use out if my Vue & it would allow them access to the "endless" varieties of K Cups found almost anywhere!I used it this morning & it works perfectly & I'm sure it'll be a great solution for my family's busy morning routine.I am satisfied with the quality of the Solofill converter and hope to get long term use of it.

Works as advertised, but some convenience lost.
Works as advertised. I've had no issues with coffee grounds as mentioned in some 1-star reviews. This converts any regular K-cup or 2.0 K-cup into a usable Vue-cup. I have a few laments. One is you have to be very careful with the metal clamps as they feel fragile. Second, when cleaning the K-onverter, the water gets somewhat trapped in the plastic container and you have to rock it back and forth to drain out. Next, some K-cups can be difficult to seat into the adapter because the metal lance at the bottom doesn't always penetrate the bottom of the K-cup on the first try. Don't worry though, simply pull up the cup and press back down. Finally, the many steps required (seating the cup, re-seating the cup, quickly closing the top of the converter, securing the fragile metal clamps, removing the cup, cleaning the converter without bending or damaging the metal bits and ensuring the water is drained) takes away from the whole convenience of a Keurig Vue coffee maker. But, at least I didn't have to buy a new Keurig at about $100.

works great
my only issue is on some cups it does poke the hole well enough and makes a mess of overflow but i started double tapping (popping the bottom hole 2 times not just the once) them and no more issues

A great Kcup to Vue pod converter
There were two different conerverter products for Kcup to Vue coffee pods. It was a tough decision, which ultimately I decided because I already have a solofil reusable filter pod (for using my own ground coffee). And that other one has been working flawlessly for close to two years. Now with this one I was a bit skeptical of the design, especially with the lid not appearing to cover the kcup pod. But it really does work well. I've had this for a couple of weeks now and have never had grounds in my coffee. Once you remove the used kcup it rinses easily.I had concerns about the two clips on the lid to hold it shut, and so far no problem at all. After rinsing you'll have to shake out water from the bottom or else remove the insert, but I just shake it out well. The competing product to this had some reviews where the converter got stuck in the coffee maker for some people. I have had no problems at all. This converter looks a bit unorthodox, but Solofil knows what they're doing. With this product the coffee selections for my Vue went from about 30 to near 100 (probably more if using non-Keurig coffees).
