The company does not offer French roast, which is disappointing as I prefer it over Italian roast. It tastes stronger, more like full-bodied. Shop around and taste the difference.

I normally drink French Press or Pour Over coffee; however, this is a GREAT alternative when in a rush. Lavazza is an EXCELLENT coffeecfrom Italy and I love the robust flavor of the Perfetto dark roast. My only concern with this coffee, as with any "off the shelf" coffee is I find myself wondering how long it has been sitting in someone's warehouse . . . but I do find that the Lavazza is a great morning pick-me-up - it is to my body what gasoline is to an internal combustion engine. If find yourself in a rush and in a hurry and are looking for a great alternative to your grinding of beans, heating water, & 4-5 minute wait for French Press or Pour Over then this is the ticket for you, if you like "high octane" coffee.

I love this coffee and the service has been on time. The coffee is always fresh and the box is undamaged. I found the same K-Kup at Walmart a little cheaper. There were about 6 more units in the box. If you live somewhere like NYNY where they don't allow Walmart to compete, then use this service!

The coffee was not what I expected. I was dissatisfied. I expected a lot more. I am not a coffee snob, just a person who enjoys the different variety of coffee there is out there. The cost was double the average cost of K-pods. The flavor was nothing special. To be fair we tried it black, then a smaller cup size. We went to cream with coffee, and we even tried it with a teeny tiny dash of water. Sorry, nothing perked the taste any better.

It is not strong or bold as a real expresso could be, but it works for me. I like the caramel flavor. Using 6 or 4 ounces of water do the treak for me. With some frothed milk you can have a fake cappuccino. I enjoy it, every morning. I've been buying a good price.

It's a good coffee. I just didn't find it special. This brand carries a lot of clout and it's known in coffee shops as a more elite brand from what I've seen. Maybe I was expecting something more, but I just thought it was fine. There's a little flatness in the aftertaste. The aroma is nice, but I expected something more special for this brand and this price. I've found better aroma, better consistency, and better flavor in a dozen other brands for 20% or even 50% less price. I wanted to like this more than I did. If someone gave it to me, I'd gladly drink it and serve it. But I probably won't go out of my way to buy it personally.
