It's little but holds a lot. My pocketbook is lovingly called "The anvil" because of the weight. When I first saw the purse hook I thought it would never hold my purse. I was pleasantly surprised. I'm glad that I don't have to hang my purse on the back of my chair. I would recommend it. The only con I can see is that the table cannot have a wide edge.

I received a purse hook as a gift, loved it, and wanted another. This one is a disappointment. The rubber disk that keeps it in place comes off every time I use it, and my bag ends up on the ground. My advice - buy a different brand! Updated: the company offered a refund or replacement and completed the refund immediately!

Works well enough for me. Depending on the bag, i have to be a bit creative on how to hang it so it's not dragging on the ground, though there are tables that are inches thick down the side and the hook won't work on tables like that. So just be aware of that fact.

I absolutely love this little purse hook! It works surprisingly well. I have a fairly large and heavy purse, and this hook holds it to tables just fine. It's small and convenient, and saves my nice handbag from touching the ground. Plus, I love the design, it's very pretty. I use it all the time. Highly recommend!

I like that it's compact and easy to carry in my purse. It's worked on almost all of the tables I've needed to use it for. The only one it didn't, was a really large wood table. But still, it's much better than putting my purse on an empty chair or hanging it on my knee under the table!

It's certainly pretty. Nice if counter or table top is thin and flat and not rounded. Otherwise, it doesn't work. Particularly doesn't work if you're sitting at the bar... the bar tops are thick and the bag doesn't stay on. I gave this as a gift.

Bought this for my wife, and she loves it, easily stores in her purse, and when she needs it, she just takes it out and hangs it on the table side or bar side and hangs her purse on it, works great, and is nice looking
