Is there a warranty on this product if the puppy chews the suggle puppy up?

I am not completely sure if there is a warranty. If you follow the 5 step plan on the box to help prepare for your puppy's arrival home, you shouldn't have a problem. The only time our mini-goldendoodle puppy gets his Snuggle Puppy is at bedtime in his crate. We turn it on, he walks into his crate, snuggles with his blanket, & usually falls asleep right next to the Snuggle Puppy. It's amazing how calm & peaceful he is. I would not give the Snuggle Puppy to your puppy just as a play toy. Only use it for it's intended purpose, which is calming the puppy at bedtime.

How long can this product be used?

We used it for the first couple of months, but only put it with pup when he went to bed. Took the battery out after that and let him have it as his own little puppy toy. He still carried it up to bed with him a lot of nights.

How does the chewy heart fill with water? Are there holes in it?

Hi, submerge the teething aid in a bowl of water. Once submerged, squeeze the teething aid to remove the air and release. This will act as suction and suck water into the teething aid.
