Air Pneumatic Automatic Palm Hammer, 1000 Stroke per Min (BPM), (Sumake ProLine ST-3310)

I used it for putting t slot in extrusion. The hard rubber tip that came with it was effective and didn't damage the aluminum. I was happy with its capabilities and could imagine the other uses for it. Its doable with the shop air, I only thought it was a little aggressive once or twice. It's a little heavier than I thought it would be but still can be held in one hand. It's a good idea to get a thinner more flexible hose even if it's just to put it on the end of your regular hose. I laid it on the table and our stiffer shop hose held it up so it was facing down, it started hopping all over the table. We laughed until it detonated a thick black sharpie. It is relatively safe as far as you can press it into the palm of your hand and it wont really hurt you, but if it accidentally swung and caught your leg your prob gonna feel it. It was the lowest price I could find and it didn't disappoint. I will be buying the other heads for more uses, I haven't changed a tip yet but the diagram looked pretty straight forward.

I had an exhaust manifold stud shear off during removal causing me a ton of wasted time. I tried many different gripping devices and even a torch to get the stud loose and it would not budge. Decided to buy this to hammer the stud remover onto it since I only had about 8 inches to the firewall and it was impossible to maneuver a regular hammer to provide the forces needed to really make the piece stick. With this the stud remover was hammered on in 15 sec and I was free from what would have likely been expensive cylinder head machining work.
