ASP Study Guide 2019-2020: CSP Exam Prep Book and Practice Test Questions for the Associate Safety Professional Exam

Overall I am pleased with this purchase, it has given me a good idea of what to expect and outline of what to study for.

The content and format of this study guide is flat out embarassing for anyone advanced enough in their career to consider taking the ASP/CSP exam.I'd expect better content in a vocational high school textbook or simple seminar hand out packet. A quick flip through materials from an OSHA 10 hr training would give a better test preparation.The authors repeatedly cut/paste the exact same material across multiple chapters for the sake of adding "filler" to pad the study guide.Not worth the $$$.

This was very well laid out and was useful for my studying for the ASP.

The learning broke it down into four major Domains which made it easy to go through and I didn’t feel completely overwhelmed. The material was easy to understand and not overly complicated.

The study guide has very good information in a easy to read format.

I was somewhat shocked how little information is actually in this book. It has a decent synopsis and overview of the ASP exam while providing some helpful test prep questions but, over all, gives very little technical information beyond the bare minimum. Separate from this, the edition of the book I received was poorly edited, with several obvious type setting and grammatical errors. It literally looks like it was written in Microsoft Word, copy/pasted into Google Docs, and then sent to a printer with no final review or reformatting.

Would have liked to have more practice questions. It is a good study guide when used in conjunction with other resources such as OSHA and ANSI. I expect that my testing will be successful by using this guide.

Brand new book with no defects.

It says it had do be returned by the 19th which is impossible when I just got it today .
