Inexpensive answer to an expensive problem.
This is my second OV quilt i have purchased. Opted fir the regular size this time since most of my camping buddies (aka family) are smaller than me. And i like having options. Materials and weight are good for my uses and it packs down small enough for my liking.

lightweight, nice to move around, comfortable
Used the pack for a couple nights on a hunting trip. It was nice to have the freedom to move and control the temperature with the quilt. I enjoyed having more room in my backpack and shed some weight (I got the oversized bag and my scale showed only 2.5 lbs with the included stuff sack). I also received it a day sooner than expected. Overall, I think I will get a lot of use out of the quilt and am excited to keep using it.

light weight but packs a lot of heat.
Used in last weekend on the AT. Combined with underquilt I was very comfortable all night. Temps only got into the high 30's but it rained. Easy to get in and out, lighter than sleeping bag. Well made gear.

So happy I brought this one instead of my down quilt ...
Used the quilt on a canoe trip. So happy I brought this one instead of my down quilt as my bag went into the ocean for a bit and my gear got wet. The quilt mostly dried when I laid it out in camp but kept my super warm all night. Temps were in the 40s and I got almost uncomfortably warm.

Fits well
I received my quilt in the mail and so far I’m impressed. Tried in out on the house floor and it fits me well. I order a large wide. I’m 5’10” 210lbs. I’m heading out at the end of September on a 10 day trip so time will tell

I do not consider it a 15 degree topQuilt
TopQuilt is comfortable but is not coming with to much fill, is good for temperatures over 45 degrees Fahrenheit, below that temperature you get cold. Is definitely NOT a 15-degree TopQuilt.

Needs more insulation.
I'm not sure why baffle it if you don't put enough insulation to keep the edges of the baffles from collapsing. This is very under filled. Each bffle box is missing about 1/3 the insulation it needs, so it collapses at the stitches to flat. I expected a 15 degree quilt, but I don't think this will get there. If I don't return it, I will take it out and give a detailed review on use.
