I feel good about the fact that this comes from grass fed beef. I know that organ meets are so good for you but I just haven’t found another way to eat them. Capsules are easy to swallow and then I have peace of mind that I have included them in my diet!

There is nothing else added, it is just put in a Bovine gelatin capsule. 6 capsules is equal to 1 ounce of raw liver, so taking this every day allows me to hit 7 ounces of Liver per week which is a recommended amount by some health authorities. It is easy to tolerate, I started with 3/day and now take the full dose of 6 capsules. I am not ready to fully eat nose to tail just yet, so I feel that supplementing with products like this is the best option.
