Only one of the four connectors I received was useable. The plastic piece is improperly formed on 3 of them so the strip cannot slide under the plastic piece that is supposed to guide it under the connection points. It instead is just one solid piece and you can’t fit the strip through at all. You can see in my photo that only the bottom one I’m holding is useable. I had to return them for a refund and ended up purchasing a different brand. Perhaps it was just a bad batch since I did receive one that was functional. The one that did work was great! But I needed more than one.

These connectors worked exactly as expected. To use, you must cut off the clear plastic top layer of the LED strip, leaving just the black tape and exposed metal pads. Slide the black tape under the prongs, snap down the top and you're in business. I was worried about the not so stellar reviews, but that was unfounded.

I couldn’t get them to work, but to be fair, I might just not have done it right. The directions were not very clear so I just gave up.
