very good flavor, not too spicy and great for topping rice. Texture is comparable to other jarred mushrooms.

It was not bad but not spectacular. I wish it was spicier with the red oil and the mushroom ๐ was not that good. Wouldn't buy it again.

I donโt have a lot of experience with Chinese foods or other Asian foods except Korean. This is absolutely freaking amazing and I want an entire case right now. If you donโt like spicy food, please stay away from this.
