Loved it while it worked! The compression works, but the rollers stopped. Disappointing.

Lots of potential but the heat didn't work, the vibration was extremely sporadic, and even at the lowest setting the air massage was too much pressure. Thinking I received a bad one, I requested a replacement. Still no heat, still sporadic vibration, still over-pressurized air massage. I will be returning it and looking for another brand now.

I bought this item in November 2024. Used it after New Years. Was out of the country for almost 4 months in 2 trips. So used it for a very short period and I am the only user. This item started giving me problems last month and yesterday it stopped working completely. This item that I used for a very short period did not last at all😞

Absolutely do NOT buy this! They would not return it. This thing literally squeezed my feet so hard I could NOT get them out. They would NOT decompress! (Think of a blood pressure cuff on steroids, but on your FEET!) I finally squeezed my foot together and yanked them off with the help of my husband. I was panicked! I thought we were going to have to cut them off my feet! We contacted them by email and got no response. Used one time and TERRIFIED to use it again. Horrifying!
