This stuff is AMAZING! I've struggled with tea stains on my teeth for 20 years. I've tried all the expensive toothpaste and whitening products that don't work, last, or are just a hassle. Within a few days, I could see a huge difference in the color of my teeth, and within a week, friends noticed the difference. It has been especially effective on the stubborn plaque build-up in the corners of my lower front teeth. Twice a day...and that plaque build up regular toothpaste doesn't quite get and has to wait for a hygenist chisel... is gone. And just like regular paste... it tastes great... not like those horrid peroxide-enriched whitening products that just dry your mouth out and taste like chalk. 2 things you need to know; 1: when you wet your toothbrush before dabbing for powder, really shake the excess water off before going in, or you'll end up with globs in the jar. 2., it does leave quite the mess in the sink, so you'll want to really get on that as you finish up.

I’ve always had very sensitive teeth, and over the years I’ve tried just about everything — multiple sensitivity toothpastes, more frequent cleanings, and even a root canal — but nothing worked. My dentist recommended this product and mentioned I might not notice a difference until after 2–3 jars. She and her family use it personally, which gave me more confidence to try it. My routine is to brush as normal with regular toothpaste, then make sure my toothbrush is only slightly damp (not dripping) by tapping off any excess water before dipping it into the powder. I then gently brush again with this. It gives a temporary, mild numbing effect that really helps with sensitivity. The numbing fades, but my teeth stay noticeably less sensitive throughout the day — even when brushing normally. It doesn’t foam up like regular toothpaste, but the cool mint flavor leaves my breath feeling fresh and clean. As someone who’s had a lot of dental work and tried countless products for sensitivity, I can honestly say this is worth trying. The jar may be small, but if you use it after your normal brushing like I do, it lasts a long time. So it's actually a great price for how long it will last. I’m so glad I finally found something that works — will be purchasing again!
