I have a lot of stomach problems. Part of it is hereditary, my grand dad always had Rolaids in his shirt pocket. There are a lot of other reasons too boring to get into here. Coming from a good German family I have home made sauerkraut in my basement but we can only eat so much sauerkraut. A friend mentioned kombucha. This brand tastes pretty good, not too sweet or too sour,although I like the little kick of sour. The Remedy fruity faves is my preference as the selection with "lemon ginger" gave me a memorable tummy ache. There are only 5 cals per 8.5 oz can but it is sweetened with erythritol and stevia for those who can't tolerate either. While on the expensive side, it is cheaper than buying at the grocery and this brand is shelf stable, while most grocery brands are not. Recommend.

Kombucha is medicinal for me. It really helps with my 65+ age related digestive issues. The 'good' brands, i.e., the brands that work for me, have a 'VARIETY' of beneficial bacterial cultures. The cheap and often sugary brands DO NOT. They typically have (1) culture. The cheap brands also do not help with my digestive issues. This one does help with the digestive issues and so I'm assuming it has a variety of cultures. The specific cultures are not listed in the ingredients. It has a very low sugar content and tastes as good as Kombucha can.

I really enjoy this, low sugar, good fizz and flavors. Recently, there seems to be a stocking issue. Despite subscribing this product, it arrived 3 weeks later than it should have. Just got my subscription shipping notice yesterday saying it’s out of stock (again).

My new obsession. I stopped with energy drinks but missed the sparkle and flavor. I got one of these from the grocery store to try. I got the lemon ginger flavor and liked it. I know it has health benefits but i was looking for something cool and sparkley to drink without sugar. I ordered the lemonade and also the raspberry lemonade. They are both delicious. Price is also decent. I will buy more flavors to try. Not sure about the health benefits . I take a probiotic anyway and dont have issues but seems to be a quality beverage based on other reviews.

Love love love. These are so delicious. I drink them all the time. They do not taste sugar-free, and I don’t feel like I am sacrificing anything. I was so sad when I realized that kombucha has sugar in it, and I felt like I would have to give it up forever. Then I discovered these, and I celebrated. The lemonade is my favorite.
