The perineal ice packs are a reusable solution which will serve for postpartum care or a range of other circumstances. The nice thing is that of course you can re-use them over and over and with two to a package there is a good supply for being able to have a fresh cold pack ready in the freezer, and the other nice thing is that this is the soft type of gel that doesn't freeze rock hard. Because the gel is soft, it is a good idea to massage it into the area that you primarily want it, to make it thicker there, before putting it into the freezer. The gel pack can also be warmed in hot water for using it warm. Love the Covers that came with them

Got it for myself but didnโt end up needing it so I gave it to a friend. She loves it after having her baby and she said it wears really good and gives her a lot of relief!

This is a great set of reuseable perineal ice packs. They are so easy to use and help to keep the area cool and take away some of the heat from healing.

These froze well and the cover is very soft. Did not find they did much for hemorrhoids but feal they would be great for post partum healing. Got some relief when applied over C-Section.
