Feels sticky at first as it's slightly on the thicker side, but absorbs really well and keeps the skin moisturized from the inside. Very soothing and gentle for irritated skin.

This brand never disappoints and I really like this serum for reducing acne and preventing red marks that acne can leave behind. This serum isn't drying and doesn't disrupt your skin barrier (but if your skin barrier is wrecked, you can still use this without any stinging). I haven't noticed any difference in my dark spots, but I purchased this for the acne and PIH healing. I also have the face masks with this serum on them and really enjoy those too.

The Mediheal Madecassoside acne serum is awesome! I have tried Sacylic acid, benzoyl peroxide, and everything else in between, but nothing has cleared my acne or kept my perioral dermatitis under control better than this serum. It helps heal your acne fast! I get even more rapid results when I also use my red light therapy mask with it. I have sensitive skin and have not had any issues with this. It doesn't leave a sticky residue at all and you can layer your makeup on top without worrying about any pilling. It's a great value and lasts for quite a while. I use it most mornings and always at night and I just bought my second bottle 5 or 6 months later. A little goes a long way. Recommend this 100%
