Great product, very easy to set up. Range tested from the front to back of the house with great results. Impressed it came with the batteries so it can operate straight out of the box. Anti slip mat keeps the mate in place.

Pricey but wort it. Very sensitive, meaning you are always alerted when it’s in use. Allows me to sleep easy knowing our clients won’t fall. Also the volume button is a welcome addition. Brilliant!

The item was faulty as soon as it arrived.They kindly sent a replacement of the monitor, but it was the actual mat that was broken and both are still not working.I sent another message to the seller, but have had no reply.Very poor service

Excellent product for Mum with dementia to alert me as she steps out of bed. I bought this after purchasing a cheaper alternative which ceased to function after one night of use. This arrives with batteries in place, is made to a good standard and I like that I can set the volume of the ring tone quite low, but still enough to rouse me from sleep, as I hate being startled.Definitely a good purchase if you want an alarm that does not require trailing leads and a plug socket and is of good build quality.
