Q: What are active ingradients and %?

I have no idea about active ingredients - I used two cans so far no reactions at all - Here are ingredients butane, isobutane, propane , aluminum chiorohydrate, ppg-14 butyl ether, cyclopentasiloxane, perfume fragrance, and 100 other names - the list is so long but nop reactions and I have used two cans up to my third - sorry you need a scientist

It is very easy to use! I also have issues with RA and have had issues with other brands. Dove makes it easy!

As far as the international version and others - I cannot find a difference. The only thing is the International is cheaper - I am really happy with my purchase.
