I have a business grade laptop I use for my business needs. Recently I started taking creative writing classes for fun but I am very nervous about taking it to class because there is so much personal information on it. This ASUS laptop was the perfect solution. It has all the power I need for class, writing and so on, and, although it would still suck if it got swiped, at least I can rest at ease it doesn't have any personal stuff on it. I was pleasantly surprised at how good the quality is. It could easily be the main laptop or if you need a backup laptop for whatever reason. Either way, this one is a great choice.

So I've had this laptop for a couple of weeks now. I wanted to get something light and portable to take with me to work and this fill that role perfectly. It is well constructed and can hold up to all of the work I've thrown at it so far. I did get the model with the Pentium Silver N5030 processor. It has had a Zoom meeting, two Word documents and a few internet tabs open at once without any issue. It does get hot under long use but does not need any fans to cool it which is nice. The screen is very lackluster, the viewing angles are terrible but really not that much of an issue as long as you always look at it straight on. The keyboard on this one was backlit, it was the L510 15.6in display.

I bought this for my handicapped son and he likes it. The battery life is good but you can also still use it while it's charging but he's never had to do that.
