Purchased the 20” carry-on. Everything is perfect - the color, the material, the price and the quality.

I love the looks of this suitcase! It appears sturdy, good zippers and lots of pockets on the inside. It’s very lightweight when empty.

It fits in all the bins. What is about an inch bigger than others. Looks luxurious.

I have a ton of Swissgear luggage, packs etc. Probably well over 20 pieces. This will be my last one. Their customer service takes months to respond, their warranty is not really a warranty at all. They don't cover any defect at all that comes up from actual travel. Short of the zipper failing, they wash their hands and tell you to see the carrier for damage claim. If a wheel is broken, nope, on your own, handle broken, nope, on your own. Labeled carrier damage. Essentially there is no warranty at all besides that when you receive the product and it is functioning properly, that is the end of your warranty. A taillight warranty, kind of like with a used car. For the cost of their luggage, just buy a Pelican, spend a little more but have piece of mind that it is a one time cost for a quality lifetime product by a company who responds immediately, ships replacement parts the same day requested and they don't care how, when or who caused the damage. A REAL warranty. That is my recommendation. All of these so called luggage manufacturers don't really have a warranty, it looks like a 10 year warranty, but it is not. I like this item overall, and because it is a carry on it will probably last as long as I never let them haul it below to the cargo hold, then all bets are off. Overall I give the product a 4 for functionality, but the company itself gets a 1. That's only because they stepped up to the plate one time as a so called "goodwill gesture" and replaced the item that literally was coming apart on the very first trip. See attached pictures. Just be aware of this before you make your purchase. I fly a lot, and I fly a lot with tools, so I have lots of Pelican boxes because they are the only ones that can handle air travel. I will start flying with my Pelican boxes on leisure travel as well. Once I add up the dollars spent on luggage it becomes a no brainer, because with Pelican it is a one and done, you will never pay for that piece of luggage again. These are just the facts as I know them. It is not even really opinion, it is a fact. Pelican replaces, no questions asked, fact!
