I use this for Dubai chocolate and it tempers really easily. I love the flavor and you get a good amount for the price. I am going to try to make it into magic shell for ice cream next. I bet it's going to be delicious.

Bought multiple times. They are great for dipping, but just as good for eating when you want a bite of chocolate.

A Must for Candy Makers
The only chocolate to consider if you are buying it for the purpose of making candy. Microwave it slowly 20 seconds at a time, stirring in between, and you will have a delicious and shiny coating.

These melt beautifully and are good to work with. Flavor is pretty good; not as rich as a Belgian chocolate for example but still a decent taste.

Do not buy! The worst “Merckens” chocolate I have ever bought. Looked old, chocolate was dry & darker then “milk chocolate”. No returns allowed either.
