Q: Is the ring tray removable in the large box?

The ring tray is glued to the box. It is not removable.

Q: Can the inside velvet be removed? I want to put business cards inside.

It looks like there’s a litttle cardboard box that the velvet is attached too, that sits inside of the metal box I think with a little prying and yanking you could get it out you may have trouble fitting a business card in there though it’s pretty small. Maybe turn on it side the long ways it would work. Make sure you check inner dimensions.

Q: What’s the dimensions of the inside of the medium box?

Not sure if I got the small or medium but the one I have is roughly 2"x4", it was for our rings when we got married, I will see if I can figure out how to post a pic
