これは私の事前調査不足もありますが、私はFlexBellの32kg(2kg刻み)の可変式ダンベルを使用しております。ですが、このファットグリップの方がFlexBellの持ち手部分より長さがあるため、装着不可でした。 事前に調査していなかった自分のせいでもありますが、、非常に残念な気持ちになりました。 ダンベルによっては装着不可であること、今後本製品を購入される方は事前調査をしっかりと行うことを推奨いたします。 ※ダンベルには装着不可でしたが、EZバーやチンニングには装着できトレーニングに活用しております。上腕に非常に効いているのがわかります。物はとても良い製品です。

主にEZバー、ダンベルに装置使用しています。 アームレスリングを意識したトレーニングをしていますが、これは効く！！ グリップがとても良いので、ダンベル装置時は、指の力だけでダンベルを持つようにしたりすると、指の根元にも効きます。 手首にもすごく効果あります。 ステンレスだけの持ち手だと滑るので、こうはいきません。 厚みもあり、筋肉の芯に効いてる感じですね。 非着用の時よりもレップ数は落ちますけど、その分丁寧なトレーニングになります。 また、これ単体でニギニギして握力強化もしています。 使い方は、アイデア次第なところもあり、手離せないですね♪

As for the product, I've used it a few times now and you feel the difference in your workout. From activating different supporting muscles to adding a bit more bang for your buck on some simple exercises. I've used them on my standard straight bars, my dumbbells etc and they fit perfect and you don't feel any slippage or movement. It's like they're molded to what you put it on. High quality materials and no odor during or after workout and very good grip on your hand and the equipment. Highly recommend.

À mettre sur toutes les barres. Que ce soit pour des curls, du deadlift, des tractions ou même du bench (oui oui, ça permet d'aller un peu plus profond dans les répétitions), ça permet une très bonne activation des avants-bras. Le pouce en particulier est extrêmement sollicité. C'est également la bonne taille pour 99% de la population, la taille en dessous est trop petite et la taille au dessus est faite pour les gens avec des paluches d'ours polaire ou qui utilisent déjà les Fat Gripz taille moyenne depuis des années et ça ne leur font plus rien. Donc pas besoin de se poser trop de questions, c'est la bonne taille. C'est du caoutchouc épais et très dur, donc ne devrait pas avoir de problème de longévité et bien entendu s'adapte très bien à tout type de barre. Bref c'est devenu mon accessoire préféré. Je recommande vivement.
